Production Overflow Questions in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hello, I wanted to verify that this is working as intended. Based on my testing it seems this is true: 1) Military overflow: There is no Military Production overflow. Excess hammers are also not refunded to your treasury, so they are wasted 2) Social overflow: There is no Social Production overflow. Excess hammers are refunded to your treasury if and only if there is nothing next in the queue. If there is, the hammers/BC are wasted.
