GalCiv II Brother stole disc and has serial register to other account on stardock help? in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hi. My problem is that my big brother stole my galciv II disc and registered the code to his account on stardock or something. I Got the serial and I can make a picture of my box if needed. Please help. I really like the game.
