I made a custom race and I used a picture of Charlotte Casiraghi as my leader portrate. After I made the race I found a better picture I would rather use and resized it and imported it and everything and it seemed to work ok.</
Nevermind about the 1st part. I see stuff like military spending is available. But how about is there an advantage to having multiple starports around a single planet?
I finally got around to getting this game and am playing a game on easy and trying to figure out how everything works. The only thing I haven't been able to figure out so far it this: I'm playing Humans. On Earth I have built improvements on all the available tiles. I cannot end the turn without picking something to be built on Earth. The only thing in the production queue I'm even able to build is another starship production
