So I was playing and one turn ships just stopped moving. So I tried clicking the mouse to see if that would do anything, and I could move them anywhere instantaneously. The turn also never finished so I had to close and reopen the game. Everything else functioned (menus, planets, etc) but the turn didn't end. Ever. Only happened once, though, so that's good.
