I have no idea what the code for it is like, but from a cursory glance I think it could be repurposed for use with Gal Civ 3 tech trees at least. Not sure about modules though. Editors can be found at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Galactic Civilizations II - Ultimate Edition\Twilight\Tools

Can someone please fix the Yor tech tree? As it stands you cannot, repeat CANNOT, access the top two economic starbase modules, starting with Starbase Promenade, after researching the appropriate tech (the third one in the economic specific tech line).

Also fixed the diplomacy money error, but now several high end economic starbase modules are no longer being unlocked after their techs have been research. The spaces fix is the likely culprit.

Derek, when will we get the map editor, and will we get an in-game tech and ship editor like the ones in Gal Civ 2? As a non-modder I found those editors to be absolutely delightful and would like them in Gal Civ 3. (Along with a starbase editor, which was annoying in Gal Civ 2 when creating custom techs and being unable to create and link starbase modules to them).
