I'm hoping you can take enemy plants this time around with diplomacy, would give it another angle for victory.

Hi Team, I love Rebellion for the Diplomacy tree and not having to necessarily attack a planet to take it over. You can turtle and then take over the adjacent planets with Diplomacy letting you focus on building your defenses. Where you can build a radio tower and propaganda buildings to take over planets?
