I could not get the fore grounds to work with MS Paint.

Hi, I created a custom race, and all the graphics work fine except the Leader Transparency file. Anytime, I create one to use, and save it, i get a message stating I will lose transparency. Is there something in the games leader_fg files that are more than just a PNG file?
