Yay I got it working thanks to your suggestions. I replaced the default http://xoap.weather.com/ link with a custom one containing my city and license details. Thanks!

I'm getting the same problem with ObjectDock Plus v1.20.522u and since the first releases. Considering Stardock is not interested into fixing this did anybody find a solution?
