Modding. Easier modding should be addressed as well.

I'm not worried. Brad's team is on a mission from God. ;)
Quoting P-DEXTER, reply 1 Excellent! Thank you, Paul and Co. Please don't take this suggestion as ungrateful for all these great updates but please give us the ability to select/remove races from spawning when starting a new game (i.e. Stellaris). Help
Star Control is now a week away from launch and I wanted to wish Brad and all the hard-working developers on Star Control: Origins the very best of luck on their release. Over the past several months of checking forums, reading dev diaries and the like, I can really tell that Brad and his team are really into the Star Control lore and its history, both the story and the game design itself. This observation is from a guy who's not a huge adventure RPG player and (incoming heresy alert
Harsh, but most likely necessary.
Star Wars fan as well. Not going.
Thanks for all the support, Derek. We really appreciate it!
I'm digging it! I've asked this before, but will there be friction between empires if one doesn't approve of another empires government choice? Example, republic versus dictatorship?

Super excited. Been playing 3.0 beta and enjoying it. Eager to jump into 'Intrigue ' . Hope the wait isn't much longer!
I'm ready. Let's do this, Stardock!
Yes, it is unfortunate that what you say is true. Steam gives the fickle gamer far too much power over future and ongoing development and they know it. My post was merely encouragement to the developers to soldier on though I have few answers as to how to reverse the Steam review trends.
As many of us know, Stellaris 2.0 just dropped a few days ago along with the 'Apocalypse' DLC. Their review scores are steadily tanking. For the first time in long time, recent reviews have settled into the 'Mixed' range. I, for one, am not bashing the changes. In my opinion they were needed and I think the game is better because of it. A great many fans of the game say the same. It's not perfect, but it is a giant step in the right direction. However, the gameplay has
Holy balls...
From the Stellaris 1.6 "Adams" patch last year: Fixed minor typo rendering the game "literally unplayable" Glad they found this! [e digicons][/e]
That's pretty disappointing to hear. It seems like in 2017 we made a lot of progress on the game. Starting with Crusade and several major free updates to the game. Have you tried the v2.8 opt-in?
Yes, there were a lot of improvements in 2017, no doubt about it. As I said in my personal review the road here was somewhat bumpy and frustrating at times (for this fan anyway) but GalCiv 3
Already ordered. Looks really cool, guys! I'm curious to know how the new government types work with the established ideology choices. Has anything changed/been updated with them? Also, do races dislike government choices that they don't agree with (democratic/republic vs. authoritarian/police state, for example) or does it still boil down to the ideology choices (benevolent, pragmatic, malevolent)? Keep up the good work!</p
Outstanding. Keep up the great work everyone!
Most excellent. I really appreciate you and your developers continued support of GalCiv3. She's had some fits and starts along the way and, to be honest, I stopped playing for a while until things settled down but I think you guys are really starting to hit your stride now. I eagerly look forward to the new expansion.
Went and bought a new Steam card today fully intending to take advantage of War Thunder's yearly special on their premium subscription. Just as I was about to do the deal, I hesitated. There, on the Staem storefront, was a blurb about Star Control. A good, long minute goes by before I finally say "screw it...it's Stardock. It'll be good." So add me to the list of Star Controllers. The funny thing is I have never played any of the SC games. I'm an old school gamer, too, from th
Mine were working fine until I updated game via the opt-in patch (no blame, just an observation). I simply deleted my faction and built it again just in case there were some .XML changes I wasn't aware of. Everything is working fine again.
128x128 pixels .png format I already have about 70 portraits ready to go. :)
Privateers. Another excellent addition. Nothing cooler than the option for some asymmetric warfare. :)
You're killin' me, Wardell!
My most anticipated feature is definitely the Civ Builder. So much more customization possible even before we have to start digging into the XML's. :) Saying that, I do hope that all of our creations will be able to have customize-able music as well. Also, it would be nice to be able to choose civilizations that would be permanent rivals throughout a game. In Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, for ex
