As you can see, I pre ordered the Gal Civ 3 without hesitation. I've been waiting for this game for a VERY long time, I remember quite a few years ago hearing Gal Civ 3 was never coming and how sad I was. All I hope for is that the tech tree is as large as it was in GC II. Compared to all of the other 4x games, GC II's tech tree for each faction is quite large, and would take you quite a long time to max out, if you ever do in a single game. I love that about 4x games. The more Research the better.
