Is there a way to remove the text on the right hand side of the logoff- and shutdownbutton?

Thx for the tip! Now I have created a AllProgramsArrow hwo should cover the blue thing but when I test the skin it is totaly missplaced (to far to the right). So my next question is how do I move thing arround?

I can't figure out how to remove the blue box on the All prpgrams button witch shows on mouse over. Anyone hwo knows how to do this?
