1.08 gameplay bug starbase ideology in GalCiv III Support GalCiv3 Forums

Hello, My first post here, please tell me things I did wrong in a nice way!! Anyway I am playing terran on largest map type, I have over 100 starbases. I just noticed that bases mining Relics are not producing culture as the ALluring ideology would have me believe they should. THese are the deep space starbases. I have had alluring for around 50 turns now and no increase in radius. I think this is a bug. &nb
