Anyone else having trouble getting the file GRM R-1.0 from Nexus? Keeps telling me "The file could not be found".

Not sure if this is a bug, support or modder's question. I was trying to find a way to have all factions begin the game with their completed tech tree. 1) To see if faction specific techs were able to be traded at this level. 2) To see if my tech mods were available for transfer. 3) Combat at this level. Due to various other issues I had to go back to the v28-legacy-build. What happened to the ability to purchase/research a shipyard from a newly settled planet?
As you can see, the first screen indicates an award of 2,108,653. The second screen shows my Treasury at -1,342,852. The third screen instead of stating it is a Capsule, Artifact etc. now states how may moves it will take to get there. My treasury at the beginning was approximately 850,000. I can't see where such an increase occurs in the GiveMegaCreditsArtifact Anomaly.
I have again had the issue come up. I will post what occurred via the next 3 screens. Thanks
Crusade. Nothing except the example in the Base Game Mod folder.
No installation of the file was necessary, just unzip into MOD folder. No error messages received. Confirmed "Enable mods" checked.
Is there any way to view what Mod's actually load? I have only 1 mod in my folder that worked until the last update. Thanks
FYI. I encountered a Mega-credit event that gave me in excess of 1,555,xxx credits. At which time it reset my treasury to (-2062147) and therefore made it unable to continue (fund wise). This currently the only MOD I have operating.
When selecting "Malevolent : Aggression V" it is supposed to assign an Overlord Class vessel to each planet but, is not doing so at this time. This worked prior to release 2.6.

Are you utilizing this in stand alone play or in test? I have played in stand alone with 2 different players (1 standard - 1 created : both Terran Tech). I have researched the BEYOND MORTALITY and the benefits (The Bane etc.) don't show up on my ship creation screens any ideas, help? Thanks

During a stand alone game Turn 77, I fulfilled the requirement for Malevolent Aggression V. At this time (and for the next 3 turns) the Overlord class vessel was not granted to my worlds. Any help on where to look/...
Turned it both on (restarted) turned it off (restarted), still there.
But what about those that appear to be all land and will only accept BIOSPHERE improvement?
Prior to the release of ver. 1.6, I was able to restrict the playing of the intro thru the game interface. This no long appears to be working. Minor issue but, still annoying.

One of the mega events came up with the option for +20 points for Malevolent. Much to my surprise I ended up with 3000 points in that category. Since I wasn't really paying attention to the particular event info I can't give any more data.
Where is this Ship Parts DLC located? I have looked and I cannot find it. Also once I close the game down and restart it it again asks for registration. Thanks
