Upate: It seems that if Win7 does not show all on the main bar then OD2 won't show them. However, if I enable all in Win7 there are still issue in OD2: 1. Some items still do not appear in the OD2 System Tray - e.g. Norton360 icon 2. When I eject a drive from the 'Safely Remove Hardware and Media' icon the icon dissapears, even though it is still there in Win7 (there are still items attached). I am running Object Dock Plus 2.0 on a system with Windows 7 32-bit. I created a System Tray dock and selected the 'show all the items all the time' option, but most are missing. I'm only seeing 8 out of the 24 on my Windows task bar. I don't really want all 24 but I'm trying to get them all to show up so then I can select the ones I really want. Success! It turns out it was the Arial font. The issue was, I had to select 'Run as Administrator'! The Stardock support team sent over a logging program, logged in and saw it couldn't find the font. When I installed before by selecting run, it said t installed but something ovviosuly didn't take. So I figured I'd try Run as Administrator, and it worked! Thanks to all of you for helping out. Much appreciated!

OK. I uninstalled using Impulse. That reset the PC. I rant he .exe to install the font. I reset again and then had Impulse re-install Object Dock. Still no Configuration/ Settings! Anyone know where I can access the log so I can figure out what issues this thing is having?

I replaced the Ariel font, still no success! It's been 2 months and I've sent abunch of emails to Startdock support and I haven't had a reply in other a month.

How did you run a log on Object Dock?I went in to event vieweer and set up a number of logs but did not see anything.

I continue to send requests to Sky dock with no reply. I had one last week with the obvious uninstall and re-install. needless to say, I have done that without any success. I did a fresh install just a few weeks ago, so this must be due to some setting in my system or an interaction with another file. I'm trying to find out what 'happens when you click 'Configure ObjectDock'. Maybe another installed file is interfering, although I don't know what it might be. If it needs Internet access, maybe there is an issue with resolving the proxy. I guess I'm going to have to wait it out with StarDock to reply to my report ticket. it's starting to drag on and

Thanks for the links, but still no luck. I'm actually running on a Dell. i previously did an uninstall, wiped all signs of ObjectDock from Program Files, Program Data and the App's Data in my User directory. I still can't get the config to open

Ok. Thanks. so at least I have the right version. for the 'ObjectDock Configure' / 'Settings' does it use Internet Explorer like Impulse, or is it .Net Framework based? I have .net Framework 4.0 and I see the requirements are 2.0. Anyone else using successfully with .Net Framwwork 4.0?

Although the 'Configure ObjectDock' icon does not open the settings, I changed the link to be 'About ObjectDoc'. It states that the installed version is StarDock MyDock v1.90. (build 539u). Why do i not get ObjectDoc 2.0?

Ok. so I uninstalled Object Dock and Imulse. I reset the machine. I then deleted the couple of items left in Program Files/ Stardock and Program Data/ Stardock. I then did a clean install of Impulse and then an install of ObjectDock from Impulse. I activated the project. when I shift-right click on the OD2 and select verify it says it's installed OK. It states there are no updates.

I have tried two different ways to change settings. The first is to click on 'configure Object Dock' in the dock. The second is to right click on the dock and select settings. In both cases the cursor changes to the 'windows is busy' state and then I get the arrow back - no settings window opens.

I just purchased ObjectDock Plus and I can't access the settings menu to configure the product. I'm running Windows 7 Professional. I disabled Virus scanner. I ran as administrator. Neither worked. anyone know how to fix this?
