My issue was resolved after turning off Quick Hide. Seems on startup, the fences default is to be in Quick Hide mode since the default install is for it to be enabled. I haven't had a problem since turning Quick Hide off. jh

Win 10 from a pretty successful Win 7 upgrade. ObjectDock's exe Doc64.exe literally lags ObjectDock after running some apps: the new MS Solitaire (? strange), MS's News, nearly anything new on Win 10... Win 10 ready? Bull.
