I have played Galaxy Civilizations 3 for YEARS. Suddenly one day my SFX sounds no worky. Everything else works fine. I uninstalled and re- installed. No joy. Sound system of computer fine. No Microsoft updates noted when problem noted on Dec. 7th. No steam updates noted either. WTH!!!

Does one have to purchase this update OR is it installed automatically Or does one have to manually install?
