Playing v1.5, SP ffa 5 AIs on hard, no mods. After over an hour no AI has any culture, I have tech that reveals enemy culture lines but there are none. I have uncontested vision over all neighbors. Pirate incursions seems good, I have 2 galleons now! But there was an incursion against an AI, it kills the raiders but never goes after the galleon. So the AI is crippled by constantly responding the related pirate attacks. In this game it works because it's only my second game (pl
