You don't have much need for morale buildings as a regular civ either if you are smart about it. Food you only need a single planet. Agree they don't need cities and the pop cap is probably too high but 10 durantium is crippling and by the time an artificial civ can make use of their higher pop cap the game has already been lost or won. I could see 4 or 5 durantium but no higher.

Don't normally mod and want to make a simple change to Durantium Cost of "Manufacture Population" (Crusade)

Thank you (I actually figured it out last night) I suspect they will change this in the next patch anyway. They overnerfed synthetic's with this (sure they can become WAY more powerful in the late game but by midgame generally the game is already won). I think 5 would be an appropriate value.

The newest patch raised the value of manufacture pop to ten. This is far too high IMHO. In what .xml file would I find this value and how do I change it?

How do I change the Durantium value to manafucturer pop as a synthetic civ. 10 is far too high. I could see raising it to five but ten is crazy. I've never modded the game before so where would I go?
