I'm trying to make a little mod that allows all the specializations to be researched like in beta ... 4 .. I think .. because overpowered ships ftw :P I found the tech xml's and I can see what links the specializations together, I just can't find how the game prevents the others to be developed. Is this something build in to the engine and do I just have to ungroup the specializations or is it some option I am overlooking ?
