Intel HD Graphics - game unplayable in Technical Sins Forums

Hi there, I've just installed the game on my laptop, but unfortunately there is some problem with the graphics. On menus and in game everything blinks many times every second. I've got the latest Intel driver and Direct X November 2010 update. OS is Windows 7 x64, CPU/GPU - Intel i7 620m. Game is Diplomacy 1.011. TIA EDIT: Tried window mode - same problem.
