I would like to see more race-specific technology trees. Examples would include: - Silicon-based technology for non-organic life forms - Organic/plant-based technology for purely organic life forms (Plant/animal/genetically engineered) - Crystalline/energy-based technology for crystalline life forms These could not be traded with other races, unless the receiving races are also capable of using the same technology trees. How would hotseat multiplayer combat be handled with the interactive combat? I don't know of a way this would be easily handled... If anything, I would like to be able to make adjustments for defenses on planets in high-risk areas. Add some battle tanks, surface to space missiles, etc.
