I to have been having this same issue. It has happened on both windows 10/11. I dont use any other customization software that would clash. It only goes away after a reboot and sometimes just comes back. You can stop it temporarily for the current item by dragging up on the taskbar pins but it will come back once you hover over them again. This has been around for a really long time now. I suspect its related to start11v2 as it does not do so with start10. Video of the issue.

Those are designed for windows 11, The current one you are using is for windows 10.

Last screenshot for this month. A WIP version of a Modern version of eXperience. "Modern eXperience" A flat sharp edge style of the old windows xp themes. Start button still not touched yet, I have yet to determine what to do for it... All the substyles will look like this but with proper colors. Now I have a question, borders or no borders on the window frames (Sides and bottom of the frames)? Unfortunately the method I used to use the old file explorer bar at the top no longer works

Unfortunate issues... Its time I move on. in Everything Else WinCustomize Forums

Unfortunately Adobe has turned off the Activation servers for photoshop cs5 at some point. I no longer have access to using the software I paid for and customer support did nothing to help other than try to shove a subscription at me. I told them no I want to use the software I paid for as it still works 100% on windows 10/11 systems. I had a bunch of scripts and tools to help automate a lot of processes in it that I cant do elsewhere and I have a bunch of PSD project files I can no longer op
