You need to use start10 or Start11 to skin the start menu. Windowblinds does not work with classic shell or openshell.

I to have been having this same issue. It has happened on both windows 10/11. I dont use any other customization software that would clash. It only goes away after a reboot and sometimes just comes back. You can stop it temporarily for the current item by dragging up on the taskbar pins but it will come back once you hover over them again. This has been around for a really long time now. I suspect its related to start11v2 as it does not do so with start10. Video of the issue.
Sure. Is there a way of applying the Windows 10 substyles on W11?
Not without issues, its just limitations in place by microsoft for windows 11. If you want to have a true xp taskbar, you will need another program called retrobar.
FYI: I use Windows 11, and it seems like there's two version of the same style: one with windows 11 marked (in which there is no "start" but only the logo). How do I still achieve a non-streched starticon with the "start" in it?
Under windows 11, please use the (Win11) substyles. Those are designed for windows 11, The current one you are using is for windows 10.
Not currently. Its semi finished.
Quoting SimplexDesigns, reply 1 Did you finish the

Last screenshot for this month. A WIP version of a Modern version of eXperience. "Modern eXperience" A flat sharp edge style of the old windows xp themes. Start button still not touched yet, I have yet to determine what to do for it... All the substyles will look like this but with proper colors. Now I have a question, borders or no borders on the window frames (Sides and bottom of the frames)? Unfortunately the method I used to use the old file explorer bar at the top no longer works

This one did the trick. I just downloaded an updated one of the skin I was using. I lost where i had gotten it in the past. Thanks.
If Adobe have stopped the activation servers and you own a licence then I think that might be the one time you could justify using a crack on the version you have as you have fulfilled your side of the bargain and they are not. With regards to Microsoft blocking apps, this is specific to apps which opted to modify the OS to use disabled functionality which has now been removed hence blocking them as otherwise it causes custome

I was using photoshop as a hobbyist. Thats not feasible with subscription cost. They also charge you for canceling your month to month payment
Unfortunately Adobe has turned off the Activation servers for photoshop cs5 at some point. I no longer have access to using the software I paid for and customer support did nothing to help other than try to shove a subscription at me. I told them no I want to use the software I paid for as it still works 100% on windows 10/11 systems. I had a bunch of scripts and tools to help automate a lot of processes in it that I cant do elsewhere and I have a bunch of PSD project files I can no longer op
I noticed we no longer have a stack docklet as of v3. Any chance of getting a new version of it for Object Dock 3? I would love to see this style of a stack docklet be added to it. This is from an old application you guys made for dell years ago and always wished that Object dock had it over the stack docklet object dock had. https://www.stardock.com/products/delldockflyer/ <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/
Blur behind docks does not seem to be implemented or working. Is it being rewritten to work on 10/11 or will it just never come back?
