I remember in an earlier version of FX that you were able to modify the windows shadows. How come this isn't possible anymore ? :p I mean i know you can do this with Windowblinds but it would be nice to have a little more user customization in that aspect.

It doesn't matter if you've got a degree from X university because no doubtedly someone from the same class will apply for the same job who has better grades and get the job instead of you despite both of you having the same qualifications only his/her grade was better than yours. To hire someone purely on experience is a bad move imo. There is plenty of new blood willing to do a job and no company will hire because they have no experience but they need that

These are amazing mrs_starkers. I like the 3rd the most it gives off a very warm feeling with passion. But I agree with BoXXi too. Text on a wallpaper isn't so good unless it's a logo of some kind. Thanks for the suggestion lightstar but unfortunately it isn't amongst those. After some more searching (windowblinds 4 skins) I found it is called SouLuna by teh morphium I have downloaded it now thanks. But does anyone know where to get pearlthane ?
Not quite but that one is nice too. I'm not 100% sure if it was by essorant. But i remember that name the most. I couldn't find it in essorants gallery. It was alot like the XP theme but cleaner and looked by far better. It was slightly greenish Thanks for your help :) It's really appreciated

It was windowblind by essorant I believe. It was like luna but green and made for xp. I believe it was released with windowblinds 4 but I can't seem to find it

Principal is the same for all Windows OS, Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings > Look for the groupbox that says "Performance" should be at the top and click "Settings." you'll be displayed this dialog. Just untick "Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop".
