As a note you can set it across your entire empire, in the starbase sponsor screen hit the little gear to the right of the option you want to set.

Hey, I'm on three 1080p screens set up in eyefinity and it works except my UI is on my left and right monitors. Don't suppose there's any way to force it to centralise it?
