Deactivation to install on new pc in DeskScapes Stardock Forums

I am selling my PC on Saturday. Just wandering what steps to take not to loose my licence. I know i will have to uninstall it from old pc i'm selling but do i have to deactivate it somehow in order to get it activated on new one?? Please let me know ...
