I have the same issue with win7.
Only my empty folders are skinned. once they have data added they convert to the windows default folder. I tried NEONE's fix but it didn't help. Anyone know what's up???? If I switch to small icons all folders are skinned but med, large, and extra large icons aren't skinned unless it's an empty folder.
I had this problem on a brand spanking new custom built windows7 home premium machine with 8 gigs DDR3, 3.2 Ghz intel I5 (bought it 4 days ago, and uploaded all my SD stuff first.) while using the regular fences. My last PC didn't have the umph to run deskscapes smoothly so it was the first thing I wanted to do with this new machine. It works on win 7 64 bit, but I haven't been able to get the cursor to be recognized by flash player10 in chat rooms when trying to turn on my webcam. I had to uninstall it, or not use my cam, cause when you open your cam in a flash chat, you must accept flash player to access your cam. Since this window doesn't recognize the cursor, you can neither accept, nor deny flash player, and you get stuck on a grayed out screen, and have to reload the page. I use skinstudio to add my own explorer backgrounds, just make sure it's a .bmp file. Just edit the skin in skinstudio in the backgrounds section.

Littleboy, that isn't working. I can't find that path on my computer. [e digicons]>:([/e] I have no users folder in C.
