There are some great skins for windowblinds but most of these great skins have been around for years. Over the past year, actually longer the variety of styles of skins has been limited and unattractive to me. I rarely download windowblinds skins these days. I am a bit of a minimalist and prefer to use skins that include compact menus. Many skins that I might like otherwise do not include compact start menus and as a result they don't get used. I own download skins I plan to use. Sometimes the skins don't work out and if so then I delete them.

Widgets were cool initially but I find I rarely them. I agree with many of the points raised by BlueDev. The only widgets I find myself using from time to time are the the currency converters.

I vote for Windowblinds, Icon packager, and DesktopX there is a lack of DesktopX skins that I find usable.

I would like to see more complete suites WB4 skins with matching Icon packages that are comprehensive, sysmetrix and the more popular desktop X widgets. I'm also frustrated by the fact that there have been very few desktopX themes for 1024 x 780 resolution since DesktopX 2 was released. There are some very nice themes for higher resolutions that my laptop cannot support. Firefore and trillian skins would be nice too. If objectdock were less buggy I would add it to the list abo
