I put a rear gun on mine, and lowered its missile's DPS. I also increased the health slightly. Eventually I'll try to get my hands on the old advent bomber and maybe make a new vasari one. (Vasari's only fighters were bleh)

Models and Textures. in Sins Modding Sins Forums

When I add a model to a mod folder and place the appropriate textures in appropriate folder the texture doesn't "Take" to the model. For instance, I brought in the old tech bomber model and renamed it FighterTechBomberE, I also renamed the nm, ect. FighterTechBomberE. What did I do wrong?

The original TEC bomber was replaced by the Semi-Stealth bomber that we have now. It was replaced after the release of entrenchment I believe, or shortly before. Edit: I believe it's used in some capacity by Distant Stars.

Strange Code of Doom. in Sins Modding Sins Forums

I loaded basic Sins from my disc to a new computer to get the original bomber asset, but when I went to game info it was in a strange code. How do I decode/work around this strange language.

If they do have a collective consciousness, think of it more like your body opposed to a government. If one member of the unity was "Infected" by a rebellious though, it would shared with the other members of the unity in a compelling way. Although they might have free will, the way in which memories and emotion is transferred would be overwhelming for someone who had only experienced perfect "Unity" (Pun intended). I hope you could meet in a neutral asteroid field or plasma storm. Player one buys that tech upgrade. Sets of a ping to a neutral system that only the person he wished to meet with can see. Both envoy cruisers arrive and talk over tea! If you meet in a neutral system maybe an enemy can jump in a wipe both of your cruisers out. That'd be a cool.
