Impulse will not let me install Sins of a Solar Empire in Stardock Games Stardock Forums

A few days ago I purchased Sins of a Solar Empire bundle from Stardock. I went to install the game from Impulse. Only Entrenchment is showing up there though and not the original game. When I go hit install, I get this crazy message. "Impulse cannot locate the base application Sins of a Solar Empire. Please register it to have Impulse install it or search for it now". The game is registered and I do not know what to do anymore. I tried contacting customer service and they haven't yet got back

The same thing happened to me. I bought the Sins of a Solar Empire and I cannot install the game because only its expansion is showing up in Impulse to install. I contacted e-mail support but I have had no answer yet from them. I am starting to think I got ripped off.
