Fallen Enchantress install problem? in Fallen Enchantress Stardock Forums

HI there, so I have just installed Fallen Enchantress and I have noticed that I am having a problem with registering my serial number. Whenever I register my serial number I have to send it to my email account. However, I lost my email account a while ago and I am not so sure what my email account to register form my account. How do I find out what it is and how do I get it?

I am new to the Galciv2 webstite and before I can do the tournaments it makes me change my charater manager? I am wondering how can I do this? Because whenever I try to make a charater It says something that you need to use (A-z or A-Z) ? Does anyone know what I am talking about? I am confused about how to do this charater thing and I would like to know how to do the thing. I have not activated my account and was wondering how can I do that yet so that might be why.
