but seriously guys.... I had a reg with 1.8k health at lvl like 10 and he said he had no money cause he only bought citadel upgrades. He died 20 times that game even though i bought a nimothe, hauberk and banded for him after his 10th death.

If oc had a stun I would be in love. He already does like 2k+ damage in 3 seconds and with brain surge ( the -20% cd thing) he can do it again and again AND its aoe damage. Lack of a stun and a strong single target spell like fireball is the only bad things.

lawlz. Those passive abilities probably do do things but they suck. I have the feeling they mad oc really awesome decided he was op and then just took away all his good passives and replaced them with stoff that doesn't help him.

At a wuffle: When do we ever see endgame :) Personally I like minitaur king better than the mana giving because of the extra mana it gives you and health not to mention dps which occulus needs.
