I voted. After my last attempt to play Civ V, I swore I'd never buy another game through Steam. I can't run the game without being online, the client slows my computer to a crawl, and it's intrusive and annoying.

Bother. I'd really hoped this would be available through GameStop. While it's less reliable than it was while it was Impulse, at least it's not Steam. The frigging Steam client slows down my computer so much that games I've purchased through it are basically unplayable, to the point that I've gone and found physical copies and paid twice. (Yes, the physical versions run about two to three times as fast, based on load time for the game.) <br /
