Well yes how much fleet you can build is adjustable. What I'm talking about it adding an option to have a good size fleet there when you start.

Advanced Start in Sins Rebellion Sins Forums

I think what would be really fun is having an advance start in Rebellion. To elaborate in the game options panel before the game starts it would be nice to have options where you can pick the size of your starting fleet and how many planets you want the factions to start out with. Possibly being able to adjust your credit/metal/crystal amount as well. I'd love to hear what you all think about this idea.
