There are some mission ships that work class zero planets. They require resources. After you explored the whole galaxy if the resources aren't found with anyone then you could report the bug about not all resources aren't turned up in a small galaxy. Yes requiring resources slow things down requiring a challenge. If you tried all the mission ships, but have some ideas for other ones suggest them. You could always trade for resources.

The only.question i can answer is you create more administrators through citizens. Some techs can give you more. As far as promotion it requires promethium which is easy you will notice that it requires another spice which is found on planets which requires you to improve. You can trade for it. Two things you have to remember here. When you trade the frendlier the better, also when they have more of it the better. Dont trade for more than a fourth of their stock pile.

They made increasing population for everyone else harder by making food global, and requireing food, duranthium to build cities. They removed the population cap on the yor. To balance this they took away the fast assembly.

[quote who="tetleytea" reply="66" id="3685470"] Frogboy was describing earlier that the AI is already tableized, in that it reads off the XML and makes parameterized decisions based on that. That would be extremely difficult to code a good AI for. I have an idea: take a machine learning approach. Have AI's play one another overnight with different XML's, collect the data and train. Now measure different measures, such as production, military, mo

[quote who="BIF" reply="64" id="3685454"] Point - I don't expect this to ever change, but I find the planet screen to be somewhat coarsely-granulated. It seems preposterous that a single tile can cover thousands of square miles, yet only be able to support a single city or a single space elevator. I want to see more detail at the colony level, and yet I don't want this game to become Civ VI. Maybe we can split the difference and be allowed to build a corral for those gi

Thanks the civics was great. I like your idea about more tiles. I have said, and would like the last terraforming tech to be continously reusable until all the land tiles are used up. I think the problem is probably a carry over from two unless they fixed please correct me if this has been fixed. Is that the ai will terrAFORm every tile even if there are other unterriformed tiles. This could be solved by checking to see if there are other unterriformed tiles. It would require a code r

I agree about more mega events. That is probably why I miss the Jagged so much. Some would need fixing though like the Jagged kniufe. About minors your going to have to change brads mind. He says they are a hold over when we didn't have the resources to have 100 majors.

Well crusade just came out. I think the base game is better. If we were going to compare five havent played six it doesnt even compare. Still thinking four is the best. It didnt have the inferior ideology system, but it basically replaced government with civics shouldve kept this. I pretty much stopped playing civilization because of galactic civilizations. Im having a lot of fun playing crusades.
