Well if you look at the post I compiled from real charts. Wide empires are more likely to do anything than tall empires in research, economy, or military. They have a higher average, but if you don't have a lot of people the numbers per person is higher on the average.

I also would like to place colony capitals when colonising a planet.
Where are you getting that I looked it up, and found out that was Minecraft was the most popular game of all time which sold 176,000,000 copies. I would like it to be.
Can you link this mod.
If you can. The number of colonies for the he governments don't bother me as long as I get galactic communion. The game does this to slow me down which is fine, but I seen other complaints that the number doesn't scale with galaxy size. I would like it if life support scaled with rareity of planets.
What were caused changes that made it fail.
I still can't see how that's a relic multiplayer for one computer in case you have only only computer, and multiple for friends. Your fr iends will play, but not buy the game. This has happened before, but all we can play is civiliZation how was that makes me. I asked for this in 2013, because I need this.
i agree with the original post, and publius. First you build 4 factories, or hub buildings. Then you build farms, but you can only build enough farming to not exceed the class if the planet.
More administrators are needed on ludicrous.
Ok here are my specs it's a pretty decent 1200 dollar computer the problem isn't the computer. It's the nohow to optimise it. My processor is a i7 6800. My memory 16 gigabytes of ram. My graphics card is a 1080 to. I have a SSD drive for windows, and gaming. 500 gigabytes. The problem is I don't know how to optimise it. I have this problem with every computer I buy is I don't know how to optimise it. I used to read maximum of, but all they talked about really is hardware, not optimising windo
I don't want a better computer. I want to make my computer the best it can be. Even if I had a 9950 i7 processor with a 2080 super graphics. The computer still can do better. The magazines don't tell you how to make your computer better. Just how to pay more money. Better hardware, not a better computer, but most hardware is not optimised. No one tells me how to optimise my computer. Just how to pay more money.
Having both governor options planet based, and globally is what I suggested before this game came out. Suggesting the idea based on 2s governor's. I also say this is a good idea.
What is your system memory processor graphics speed.
I'm assuming you tried both multiplayer, and single player. In single player it doesn't crash with me, but in multiplayer It almost always crash, and I have to reload that is why I asked.
Is it multiplayer.
All I could find is a magazine that showed what the best hardware for your pc. is. First a magazine needs to use the average american pc. I don't want to maximise the cost I want a magazine that will show me how to maximise my pc with what I have.
What's the error message.
One of the things to remember is when galactic civilization 3 came out. It worked in beta, but when the game came out the user interface sucked. We got a planet list on the main screen, but that was it. They were missing several, like most screens. This time around hopefully the game gets a pass to make sure the game has as much functionality as this game.
To me galactic civilizations is one of the best 4x or turn based strategy games I've seen. Since I've been playing multiplayer not a single complaint was we don't have phase lanes. This would solve the biggest reason I play scattered. It takes to long to settle tight clusters. I could see this for loose or tight cluster maps, but this is pointless for scattered.
well I'm always a fan of more planets. there is always a rare setting for those who like less planets.
Im going to reiterate. I hate closed borders. Players don't want anyone to be able to keep them out for no reason unless it is war. Didn't work in endless space, and civilization, and wouldn't work here. As far as ideology I don't like the fact that I roleplay, and my choices don't amount to anything. I can pick from all three. there should be an averaging system. Where my average choices decide my average tech choice. That way all my ideology points are also counted. Now ideolo
Do you have mercenaries. If you do what diapine said is right.
[quote who="Frogboy" reply="49" id="3760358"] So we've been thinking a lot about what would be in GalCiv IV -- and what would not be in GalCiv IV. Here are, in no particular order, some thoughts: Fewer but more distinctive civ abilities. Vastly, vastly bigger maps with far more planets. Most colonies aren't managed they provide w

When you mean destroyed do you mean uncolonized?
