2v2 Countering Sedna + QoT? in Demigod Strategies Demigod Forums

Hi, I tried against this combo with me (as Erebus) and my team mate(as a beast) on the map Prison... Naturally that map choice gave them a clear advantage from the start, but we found ourselves struggling to even stay in the lanes, let alone to hold the flags. I realize that Both Sedna and QoT become weaker as time goes on, but without the war rank its an uphill slope. So, any ideas how to best this pair other than waiting for their heal, shield, pounce, spike armor debuff combo to be

Having only one of each item forces you to not only consider other favor items for example, but it also makes going to the shop a more interesting proposition. Instead of armor "stacking" you'd be upgrading to the armor piece, similar to how it works with monks ---> bishops. There are plenty of items that you would never consider in a normal game that WOULD be effective if items were restricted to one per class.

ONE FIX TO RULE THEM ALL! Solution to health stacking, etc: Allow bearer to wear only one of each type of equipment (armor, helmet, boots, and gloves and non consumable trinkets) You cannot wear 5 pieces of armor, 6 pairs of boots in real life, why in the game? Not only does it cause huge balance problems (Health stacking), it is ridiculous in concept too. Does anyone agree? Fix it.

I always laugh when people only think in one dimensional terms... There are other people on your team.. Speed Rook combined with Ice TB (or Fire) is Lethal. Permafrost WILL slow down any escaping Demigod.

Teseer, I play versus whoever wants to fight me, regardless of stats, I play casually for fun and do not care too much about beating the "elites". Even then, if you don't get the kills versus good players with my build you can drive them out of the lane. Also, what I said about the fireball is that I vary the skill points based on who I am fighting. Obviously, an assassin I can just fireball and back off until they are weak enough usually. Teseer, I vary what points I put into what based on the necessity in game. For instance, when up against generals, I tend to hold off on fireball until I can safely get it to a level where it can do enough damage to not be instant healed (level 3). Unlike you, I get permafrost aura rather than Fire Nova, and hold off on getting Frost Nova until later usually. Those early game kills that the Torch bearer can get from passive slow down and his auto attack are just too much to pass off. I decide

Cind3rs sums up Maxsteel's playstyle quite well, if I recall, from when I played against him in a public game the other day. He WAS getting quite a few kills in, but in the end all my team had to do was adapt to his strategy which boils down to "I attack an enemy Demigod, the DA will warp in momentarily, I will start running away now... People really underestimate the team support abilities of the queen. Her level 10 armor buster is worth the price of admission alone. PLUS she takes down towers oh so fast. Using the teleportation favor, a Queen can both give chase and make a clean get away without too much trouble.
