I am unable to login to my online multiplayer account for Demigod, meaning I could not unlock Demon Assassin or Oculus the official way. (They normally unlock after starting an online match.) I was able to edit the Windows Registry to unlock the characters. Doesn't using HTTPS alleviate much of these concerns? While the snooping systems might know where you are going (ie Facebook, Twitter, Battle.Net), the encrypted connection should prevent them from reading any of your personal data in a timely manner . You can either enable HTTPS within Facebook by changing a setting in your user profile, or by manually adding the "S" to the address bar yourself.

I was looking into this the other day, with miserable results. Perhaps I expect too much from the Dodge ability? Anyhow, my build used the Demon Assassin. Picked up the Assassin's Footguards and leveled the Evasion branch of the skill tree. It didn't feel like I was avoiding any damage, but it might be because I'm not very good with the DA? Thanks for the info about the 40% cap on Dodge - didn't know about that.

32-bit Operating Systems (which includes most OSX, 32-bit *nix, and most Windows) have a hard limitation of about 4GB of addressable memory space. Of the 4GB available to the OS, some of that memory is reserved for hardware communications, primarily the video card. I suspect the issue is with the video card hardware and not a driver issue. You've already covered the basics: tried a reboot, then updated driver, then a Windows reinstall. The issue could from part of the GPU frying during your CoD session, or a GPU RAM chip frying. I found the fsbext program and used the following command to extract the Demigod music: fsbext -a R:\Games\Demigod\Sounds\Demigod_Streaming.fsb While lots of WAV files were extracted, none of them were playable.
