Would pushing their base work, instead of engaging him, let him go his way and try to DPS race them to citadel kill, then when he dies you'll be at his citadel ready to gank him again. Also him suicide running, will generate you mad cash on assist kills, so you'd be the first to get minions, which will in turn help you push their citadel. It is utter BS though, any plan of action should have a counter, but in this case he can kill himself and not be countered in any ways directly.

I find lifesteal very underwhelming until lategame, it only seems to work on melee hits, I don't see it coming from abilities. Would be nice if you use an aoe attack on a kreepwave and get a percentage of that in HP. Does it work on procs? Might be nice with Ashk if it does.

I had limited success recreating the same effect on other classes with HoL + Orb of Defiance 5 second immunity. The trick is to hit both within half second of one another and you get effects of HoL going through the immunity of the orb. I'm sure you could even macro the two buttonpresses to be withing .1second of one another if you went to that length. On average I get it to work 2/3 on demigod duels, right in the middle of towers etc. The times it doesn't work is when I get arrow

Spit is never useless, 1500 damage over 10 seconds = 150HP/sec in regen, an insane number that's impossible to achieve, it's still a significant enough number, oak's shield is easily predictable, bad oak's will throw it up too early before you spit, good oak's will not use shield until you spit on them after engaging in melee combat, at which point when the shield goes up you can just walk away from the oak wait for shield to finish and reapply spit, unless he also HoL's while shielded in whi

Oak is a powerhouse, lvls 7+, early game buy priests, summon, sell them (if careful priests will last long enough for you to get HoL), buy armor and a mana pot. Go to first flag, position priests behind you between yourself and a your towers out of harm's way. You'll have a HP pool to outlast anyone with blood favour item, if it's a melee battle, pull up your priests to start healing you, if you're getting spat on/ranged down pull back to your towers, your priests will heal you as

What's the duration of stun compared to hammer cast timer? I could've sworn i came out of stun and interrupted a split second before it hit. I do remember going up toe to toe with an offensive rook who was stacking gloves, on my UB a while ago and just getting my ass handed to me if I missed Grasp.

Forced myself to not pick up spit last night, and the build does work, it's really nice not having to worry about mana items at all, however early game I felt gimpy, since I could definetly outlast any DG, but almost any of them could just get away from me, until I got wand of speed, level 5+ it worked pretty well with disease claws and passive run speed skills, but I would've gotten at least 2 kills if i had spit. 10+ I didn't know what skills to train, the general skill line is pretty

I tried that HP item when beta patch went in and everyone had 9million favour, it works amazingly great, because I don't think it breaks on attack or even being attacked, don't remember which but there was something very rediculous about it.

I've just played through2 games with blood of fallen, with 400HP armor and mana pot to start. Folowed by 1500 armor, 1750helm, and wand of speed and the first 5 levels of the game I would just oblitirate anyone who came close to me. This was with my usual spit + passive attack + speed debuff build, I am definetly liking netting some early kills and not being afraid of any DG early game. End game blood of fallen is pretty meh though.

Right, I don't disagree with you on any points except move speed, and props to you for doing something different, I've been playing UB since day 1 release, pretty much same spec as the current flavour of the month, so I want to break away from what now became the mold, I just view speed item a necessity at early levels because everyone and their mother picks up swifts early on, so it's impossible for me to chase people down and beat them to death as they run to the towers. Sedna with sw

As I've previously posted penitence damage is comparable to UBs spit, which many say is overpowered. spit is 1500 over 10 seconds, penitence is 800 every 7, so in 10seconds it's penitence x 1.5 which is 1200. However it is not removable like spit, and instant so enemy won't be able to have their timers on shield/heal come up in the meantime and save themselves; so in my opinion penitence>spit. I find the viability of this build unconvincing against players with even half

Maxed Ooze translates to 1k dps over 10seconds and 300 damage taken, it's not really all that DPSey since in that same 10 seconds I'll put out at least 2k worth of procs alone on top of regular melee damage, so if you think spit does too little damage in end game this does one third less. I will train ooze 10+ for it's 40% attack speed debuff however. Also an UB starting speed advantage is easily beaten by someone with swift anklet or 1k boots. So if you start without swif

Oak is the second most played class by me after UB. My HoL got interrupted once or twice out of a hundred times i've popped shield and used it. HoL is your priority number 3 item. First you get mana helm, then 1500 armor, then I usually save for HoL, it's a pretty ridiculous combo, that may need nerfing. Also get shield3 for HoL to finish casting, i usually don't take it past 3 ever. As for his other abilities peni may be a tad too strong, if i remember correctly it'

That's old news, the new news is that level 5 exploding skill doesn't work if the mob is plagued, which is significant for killing large swarms of kreeps towards endgame, so you'd have to pick between demigod killing and mob farming when you hit level 10.

No 1500 gloves to keep people from running away, once you waste a tele scroll your enemy will simply walk away from you. Need 1500gloves, wand of speed to deal with runners as UB. Also not having the 1700 helm for regen or the 1500 one for mana pool, will make you walk all the way back to base after each fight pretty much.
