Vista logon? in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

I'm completely tired and it's 2 a.m. when posting this so let me get started... Is there any possible way I could use this image; http://i39.tinypic.com/2wna688.jpg and make it into a Login Screen that wouldn't interfere with the image? If there's a tutorial or something, please link me in the right direction.
