Nevermind, it was Impulse itself having an issue, I fixed the problem.

Update Issue in Technical Sins Forums

Through Impulse, Sins update is downloaded but after hitting 100% it begins the verification process and then holds there. I've let it sit near an hour, as well as canceling and redownloading the patch, but still nothing moves the progress of the update further than "Verifying Download"

Upon downloading the update, 1.16, it holds at "Verifying Download" and does not progress further. I run Vista Home on a quadcore Dell. Any ideas?
