Battlefleet Gothic is Warhammer 40,000. Warhammer 40,000 is Battlefleet Gothic. Just like Epic is 40k, and 40k is Epic. Yes, they are different games, but, they are all from the same universe, which is Warhammer 40,000. Campaigns can be played with Gothic and 40k combined. Just like this GC2, you have to have a fleet to move your troops to the planets to conquer them, in 40k you need the Gothic ships to move your land troops to the planets to try and conquer it.

just so you know, the Marines also have the Thunderhawks, which would be their tiny ships. This is how it would be setup for Space Marines: Huge - Battle Barge Large - Strike Cruiser Medium - Frigates & Destroyers Small - Strike Vessels Tiny - Thunderhawks I might be off with the sizes of the Frigates, Destroyers and Strike Vessels since I haven't played the Space Marines in several years, let alone play any of the games in several years.
