Empire Pane in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

In regard to the empire pane, where planets and fleets are pinned; Many times when I am scrolled at the top of the empire list working with a fleet or planet, something will happen to a lower pinned object and immediately scroll down to it. How do I stop it from doing this? It is beyond frustrating. Thanks.
