Vista 64 associations help in IconPackager Stardock Forums

I had installed IconPackager but soon removed it due to several issues that occured on my computer. On the set default programs menu (control panel > Programs > default programs > set default programs) when I try to click some of the programs to change the file types associated by it, an error message pops up: "Program Defaults Control Panel Error There was a problem loading the "Set a Default Program" page. (Error Code 80070483)"
