People just fail to see it's a ongoing process developing a game like Gal Civ. All you have to do is go back and look at SD's track record on post release expansion and addition and you'll see the big picture. Stardock evolves almost all their games far past initial release and Gal Gic 3 will be no different. It'll be the massive experience Gal Civ 2 is when all is said and done. Might be good. The first one was a ok game. Of course we were all let down the remake wasn't as in depth as the original, but for it's own game it was ok. Xenonauts was the far better "X-Com" reboot. On another note, UFO Extraterrestrials 2 should finally be out this year. It looks to have quite a bit of depth.

Aaaaaaand it's Out everyone!!! I'm running around like a mad man gunning down the fuzz. This game is a Laugh Riot!!! It's so over-the-top it's funny. Not a bad little shooter if I do say so myself. As was mentioned earlier in the thread though I wouldn't expect much as far as re-playability goes after you've beat it once unless you're one who goes for high scores and leaderboards and such.

I wondered why they're giving it away for "free". When I bought my copy of Win7 Pro 64 it was like $300. I looked up which one I'd get and according to the article since I have 7 Pro 64 then I should get 10 Pro 64. Had my eye on this for a while but I don't care much for that "Interstellar" ship design. In the video above as far as the fighters go I like the one's they're fighting against better than the one's they're flying. Can you get a ship that doesn't look like that?

Man that's Fantastic!!! TB has the totally correct mindset about all the hoopla as well. I like how he goes on about how good the physics engine is, minus a few minor snags. I can easily forgive the minor issues. The only part that looks like a design flaw to me is how brutal it will be to start a whole level over when you die unless you earn a respawn token, but, I do enjoy a challenge in these types of games.
