It would be great to have Constructors Auto ask to add to a Starbase when they get there.

1) You should be able to right click on ships with special powers. Have them greyed-out when unavailable. 2) Put tool-tips on all icons to make them more understandable. 3) Indicate planet population on all info displays. Great game.
