hmm thats what i thought...but i upped that to 20 and when i went and played the game...it stayed at 8. did i make it to high??

can someone help me out and tell me or point me to where i can change the amount of upgrade points on starbases. i want to be able to add all the starbase upgrades to my starbases. thanks

Hey Danman, just wanted to say that this is a awesome mod. but in the game im playing. a very large custum map 99 stars/planets. im playing as the Atlantians and i can get my ships to auto deploy a seige weapon platform but it doesnt fire and just sits there. and some of my other ships dont use there auto ability's even if i have it set so that they can use them on there own. just wondering if im doing something wrong or what might be going on with the game. thanks, Da
