Thanks! I'll let our tool-tip specialists know. We'll have a team on in no time. ;) Once they are done, we'll pass it on to QA for testing and then we'll put a new build. :) hehehehe

Hummm. :/ Interesting. We'll look into this and see whats up. Sorry for the random crashing. We believe we know what the issue might be, but we will be doing some testing as far as a solution. We will also be releasing a new version of the forums very soon. We are in the process of skinning it to match the look of the current site. This will help improve several details related to performance here. <

Hey Rob, I'll do my best. I'll talk to my manager and even pass a note on to the CEO and see if I can get them to post a response here. Sorry about the delay between posts. As you can see, we've been busy working on the forums. Thanks for posting!

Hey Binster, Thanks for posting. Sorry that no one has posted in here, or the activity is a little dry here. What seems to be the issue? I might be able to pass your note on to someone who can help, as I'm just a web guy here at Stardock. Let me know what I can do for you. Often times, if the forums are a little slow, your best bet is our support department directly via email ([email protected]). They are getting back from a long weekend, but they should be able to help

Hey Purge, First off, thank you for being a part of my Empire, The Overmind. I checked into the issue, and it would appear to have been a caching thing with the server. There are portions of the site that cache data at different times. This is what most likely has occured. Sorry about the mix up. Hey, look at it this way, your character got more exposure! hehe Thanks for postin

Try this: Just guessing. That is how you make a field in XML support funky characters. Not sure how that would be in the game though.

ok guys, I'm re-uploading the techtree poster now. Apparently, I still had those links in my browser cache, that's why I wasn't getting the 404 Errors, since our main file server went down a few weeks ago, we had lost those. So, in about 10 minutes everything should be re-uploaded. Please note, those files are rather large, so expect to be downloading for a while if you don't have a high-speed connection.

humm.. that's stange, they where working last night when I posted it. :/ I'll have to track down the reason why it changed.

I can't follow those links even after I cut and paste them in my browser and eliminate the space Remove the space in between the "H" and the "TTP://" in the links and you'll be okay. I had to add a space since our wonderful forums breaks the links even more so if it happens to detect h t t p : / / <img src="http://images.stardock.com/g

Not to worry guys, this will get fixed. It's simply a cosmetic issue. W lost our primary image server recently, and the backup image server wasn't quite up-to-date. We'll be taking care of this over the next week or so. There where/are a lot of images that need to be restored. We've been taking care of the broken images first, and then taking care of the incorrect ones. So just sit tight as we fix these tiny bugs. Thanks for reporting these issues. We appreciate your efforts and patience.

I say if you can get away with it in the game, then its fair play! Good strategy players can overcome impossible odds. As mentioned, cheese tactics like rushing is a fair way to play the game, which if resisted successfully, has many strong drawbacks. That's why I love the rush option in a game. If you choose to rush, you better have a backup plan if it does not succeed. If you play a game that has the ru

This may be displaying my ignorance in these matters, but why not put the personal pages on a different server? This wouldn't solve our problem because each website is tied directly to the same main database. The database is the key point where all websites rely upon it to function well. When the database is unhappy, the websites are un
