Hey Impulse, I pre-ordered Demigod in Sept of last year, during the beta I played here and there and eventually formated and never bothered to re-download the beta until it recently launched. I went to the Impulse software, but there is no option for me to download the game? What gives.... Please assist. Etzu
Does everyone not realise this is Beta I? To clarify, that means they don't care about statistics, nerfing, character flaws, buffs, special abilities. The only thing on their minds is getting the basic, technical game down. Once they have a stable platform, they will begin with the issues you're talking about.
I'm running a quad core 2.4GHZ, 8800 GT SLi with 2G 1088 OCZ. Running 1600x900 (WS) with everything on max settings and 8XAA - no framerate issues. From a technical standpoint, the game runs flawlessly for me. I'm going to fiddle with SLi settings this weekend to see any framerate differences.
Sitting at work, have key in my email account waiting for 5PM PST. Tick... Tick. Come on clock! ..... Hows the beta people? :)

What's the point - I could simply visit EBGames or another local distributer and pay the regular retail cost.
I was eagerly awaiting the demo for Demigod at PAX. I pre-ordered at the booth, and decided to purchase the retail box copy for $49.95. I also should mention I live in Vancouver Canada. I get back from PAX, check my email and find out I was charged: $49.95 for Demigod $20.00 for Shipping and Handling How could shipping and handling cost $20 - that's like 40% of the game cost! It's not like it's leaving the continent
