Please forgive my ignorance, but I need some direction. With most of the Wincustomize applications, when you download them, they are automatically opened by whatever application they are associated with. The Bootskin skins are in the zip format. I would like to know where that location is. I've tried doing a search for the names of the bootskins that are already installed but haven't had any luck. I've tried unzipping to the Bootskin application, restarting Bootskin (Vista) and it's not there

While browsing the WinCustomize site, I noticed a little button below each Dream offering the option to "add to favorites" and when I clicked the button to do so, I got a message stating: Sorry, you currently do not have the appropriate access to use the add favorite skin function. In order to use this feature you must first activate your WinCustomize Personal Page. To activate your WinCustomize Personal Page visit "Personal Site" tab in your settings. Once you have c
I just (re) installed My Colors on my computer after several re-formats of my hard drive. I'm getting an error message stating that the registration number is "already in use." Well of course it's already in use. Its MY registration number. . . ????? I even copy and pasted it from the email sent to me by the Stardock Team. What the heck is going on here?
I had a new mainboard installed on my computer. I re-downloaded deskcapes and can't remember where to put the license code I was issued when i purchased it. Please advise.
I found several logonstudio vista images that I downloaded, but they were in a zip archive format. As many of the images on the LogonStudio website simply open directly to logonvista, I'm a little stumped as to where to "unzip" the zipped files. I've tried performing an advanced search for the file names of the images already installed, to no avail. Please advise.
I see you're not getting an answer to your question. It's been 3 months for you. I'm having the same problem. When I inform them of which ones are the problem, they don't respond. Not a great way to keep customers, huh?

Sorry, that's 2.00 GHz (not a 2L00). Fumblefingers. . .
It is an AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3000+ 2L00 GHz Memory 2.00 GB
I run Vista Home Edition 32-bit with dual monitors and a Radeon 9600 SE dual-monitor video card. I've updated the drivers, gone through most of the troubleshooting suggestions, and to date, my dreams are still jerky. They move for a second, stop, move for a second, (do dah, do dah). Please advise if you have any suggestions. Thank you in advance for your time and effort.
It's a Radeon 9600 SE (dual monitor) and it's a 32 bit system. Not sure I remember how to update the drivers.
I followed all the instructions on the support news letter and everything is working great now, with one exception. I can view all the files, but they are (for lack of a better word), "jerky". Is it my computer (missing a "codec" or something else equally cryptic)or is it a bad looping issue? Thanks, PJ Staley
All of my wallpapers download to the default location on the C drive. They are all in exactly the same location, yet some show up and some do not. Any advice would be appreciated.

Some of the animated .dream wallpapers either display as simply a black screen or the animation is jerky. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
