thanks for the invaluable help people. Finally my captial ships can go on the offensive :D @RoyalRook: On the map I am playing, there are no phase lanes between the different star systems.
Tell you what, the game manual blows when it comes to answering some simple questions... How on earth you you travel from one star system to another? do you have to research a high level technology or something? I have captured my home star system but I have fleet after fleet of enemy ships shooting in and i can't get back at them! Someone help me....
